The Sumire

Living on and off of the coast, the Sumire Clan is nomadic and roams the Lycian shores. Their Summit and 'home', of a sorts, was adjacent to Loupe-Garrine on the western coast. The Sumire interact a lot with people outside their clan, and oftentimes partake in festivals and share their wisdom publicly.
