Jackson is a kind and optimistic person. He is very intent on helping anyone he can, whether they be person or spirit. He is fiercely protective of both his loved ones and harm done to them are some of the few things that can provoke him to fury.

The years after his journey with Team Thoril and the final encouter with Icarus have fully reinforced his distaste of violence. Due to agelessness, increasingly fey-like nature, and commited relationship with Arin of the Mogall Woods, he frequently loses track of time.
