Primordials Haku A great scaled serpent known as a Primordial - one of four - with powers relating to the concept of Soul. According to Kiki, Haku is a boisterous and personable being who created a dream world to dwell in, as well as granted the gift of experiencing and observing to the creatures living alongside him. However, Haku eventually departed his dream, and his current whereabouts are unknown. Haku’s gift of Soul, combined with the gifts of the three other Primordials, helped create earthly sentient life such as the Lycians and Nabatans. Laine Also known as Laine of the Mind. They are one of the four Primodials, and granted the gift of memory to the creatures living on Simuhay. Their current whereabouts and status are unknown. Morul Also known as Morul of the Body. They are one of the four Primodials - a great wyrm - and granted the gift of growth to the creatures living on Simuhay. Their current whereabouts and status are unknown. Contrary to Arathan religious beliefs, it was Morul who created the Arathans, not Astaroth. Morul shaped the Arathans in their own draconic image.   “It threatened to eat Jackson and all of us and that’s fucked up…because Aarindal is a jackass home invader. And…it hates me too, because of the scales. That’s upsetting…” - Excerpt from Xena’s second journal. Roku The primordial of the heart. Roku resides in Kiristym, and appears as a great beast with an avian head, with feathers made of decayed leaves. Roku lives at the large, frozen lake on Kiristym. Roku, like the other primordials, granted the “heart” to those who lived in Simuhay but were not the Mana, Caeloraans, or Solarions. However, when speaking about Lycians and others similar to them, Roku did not claim them as his children despite this fact.   “I’ve seen a god in the flesh before. Fuck, I’ve seen a dead god. I’ve seen a lot more divinity than I ever expected…and Roku felt nothing like any of them. The Primordials…kinda scare me,” - Excerpt from Xena’s journal
